We’re looking for an AI Specialist who enjoys experimenting with AI tools, designing smart workflows, and helping teams collaborate with AI in practical ways.

If you’re the kind of person who is constantly testing prompts, automating tasks, and thinking “there has to be a smarter way to do this with AI,” this role may be a great fit.

This position focuses on turning AI into a real productivity engine across the company, not just a standalone tool.

Design AI-powered workflows using tools such as OpenClaw and Claude CoWork
Build reusable prompt frameworks and AI systems teams can apply across projects
Identify opportunities to automate and optimize internal processes with AI
Help teams integrate AI into daily work, collaboration, and decision-making
Experiment with new AI tools and scale the solutions that prove effective

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You

Enjoy AI experimentation and prompt engineering
Like turning complex or messy problems into simple workflows
Are comfortable working with large language models such as Claude, GPT, or similar systems
Have a builder mindset and enjoy creating scalable systems
Are motivated by helping teams work faster and smarter with AI

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With

AI automation tools such as Zapier, Make, LangChain, or similar platforms
Workflow design or process optimization
Integrating AI into operations, HR, marketing, or product teams
You will help transform AI from a tool into a core productivity engine for the company
You will experiment with emerging AI technologies and scale what works
You will directly influence how teams collaborate, make decisions, and operate using AI
