Welcome to LanternSol, an e-commerce development agency. By using our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services: LanternSol provides development and design services for shopify stores. This includes customizing store templates, adding functionality, and optimizing store performance.
2. Payment: All services must be paid in full prior to the start of work. We accept payment through PayPal, ACH, wire or credit card.
3. Intellectual Property: All custom code and design work produced by LanternSol remains the property of LanternSol until payment is received in full. Upon payment, the ownership of the work will be transferred to the client.
4. Confidentiality: LanternSol will not disclose any confidential information obtained during the course of our work to any third parties.
5. Termination: Either party may terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause. In the event of termination, all work produced by LanternSol must be paid in full before the ownership of the work is transferred to the client.
6. Limitation of Liability: LanternSol will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits or loss of data.
7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio.
